I am currently a postdoctoral research assistant working in the Amorphous Materials Group in the Department of Chemistry in the University of Cambridge. I'm also a Teaching By-Fellow at Churchill College. My work focusses on the computational study of molecularly imprinted polymers, in helping design the 'recipe' for making them.
Previously, I was working in the Epidemiology and Modelling group at the Department of Plant Sciences. My research interests there were in the spread of disease, and how concepts from percolation can be used in the analysis of epidemics. I do lots of cellular automata simulations and worked on MCMC bayesian inference in the analysis of real experimental data.
